This visa allows you to legally reside in the UK for the duration of your course of study. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for this visa, you must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must demonstrate that you have sufficient financial resources to support yourself and pay for your course fees. The required amount will vary depending on your personal circumstances. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must prove your ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to the required standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must provide written consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s). If you are considering a visa for a child aged between 4 and 17, you must apply under the Child Student Visa category. For further guidance on this matter, please contact us.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the <strong>Tier 4<\/strong> (General) Student Visa is no longer valid and has been replaced by the current Student Visa route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"birlesik-krallik-disindan-basvuru-yapmak\">Applying from Outside the United Kingdom:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may apply for a Student Visa from outside the United Kingdom. Applications can be submitted <strong>up to 6 months before<\/strong> the start date of your course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration of Stay:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The length of time you are permitted to stay in the UK depends on the level and length of your course, as well as any previous education you have completed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are aged <strong>18 or over <\/strong>and your course is at degree level, you are typically permitted to stay for <strong>up to 5 years.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your course is below degree level, you are typically permitted to stay for <strong>up to 2 years.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extending Your Stay in the UK:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be eligible to extend or switch your visa in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you need more time to complete your studies, by applying to extend your current visa, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are already in the UK under a different visa category and wish to switch to a Student Visa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon successful completion of your course, you may also apply for a Graduate Visa, which allows you to remain in the UK for <strong>at least 2 additional years <\/strong>to work or look for work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"birlesik-krallik-a-seyahat\">Travelling to the UK:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The date from which you can enter the UK depends on the length of your course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your course lasts less than 6 months, you may enter up to <strong>1 week before<\/strong> your course starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your course lasts more than 6 months, you may enter up to <strong>1 month before <\/strong>your course starts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You are not permitted to travel to the UK before the start date indicated on your visa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ucretler\">Application Fees:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The application fees for a Student Visa are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applications from outside the UK: \u00a3<strong>490<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications from within the UK (for extending your visa or switching from another visa category): \u00a3<strong>490<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"egitim-programi-ve-gerekli-belgeler\">Course Eligibility and Required Documentation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible to study in the United Kingdom, you must hold an <strong>unconditional<\/strong> offer from a licensed student sponsor.
