What personal data we collect<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Information you provide through our forms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your full name, email address and telephone number<\/li>\n<li>the message you write in the &#8220;What&#8217;s your question?&#8221; field<\/li>\n<li>your Eligibility Test answers: the visa category you are interested in, your field and role, your years of experience, your selections about your professional activities, any links you share, your relocation plans and information about previous visa applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Information collected automatically when you use the site:<\/strong> IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and usage information obtained through cookies.<\/p>\n<p>We do not ask you to share special category data, such as health information, ethnic origin, religious beliefs or political opinions, through our forms. We ask that you do not include such information at this initial stage; if an advisory engagement begins, you will be told separately what information is required.<\/p>\n<h2>3. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you solely by automated means on the basis of these answers; every enquiry is reviewed by an adviser.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Who we share your data with<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell your data. Your data is shared only with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf and on our instructions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Google Workspace:<\/strong> email and document infrastructure<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monday.com:<\/strong> tracking of enquiries and workflows<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clio:<\/strong> client file management (if you become a client)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.):<\/strong> only if you consent, statistics on how the site is used<\/li>\n<li>the providers who host our website and form infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Otherwise, your data is shared only with competent authorities where required by law or, if you become a client, on your instructions (for example, as part of an application to the Home Office).<\/p>\n<h2>5. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom (for example, in the European Economic Area or the United States). These transfers rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.<\/p>\n<h2>6. How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enquiries from people who do not become clients:<\/strong> <strong>24 months<\/strong> from the date of last contact, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client files:<\/strong> for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as our legal and regulatory obligations require.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Newsletter subscriptions:<\/strong> until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7.
