The aim is to be able to impose targeted restrictions when asylum applications made through certain visas reach high rates. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"skilled-worker-ile-settlement-icin-ingilizce-seviyesi-yukseliyor\">English language level increases for settlement with Skilled Worker<\/h2>\n\n<p>One of the most significant changes in the regulations is the increase in the English language requirement for those applying for settlement<strong> (Indefinite Leave to Remain)<\/strong> through the Skilled Worker route.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under the new rules:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>From 26 March 2027, those applying for settlement under the Skilled Worker route will need to demonstrate at least B2 level English.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Under the current system, <strong>B1 level was sufficient<\/strong> for settlement. salary is actually paid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether payments are made regularly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whether payroll records are consistent with salary payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Specifically:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for jobs with irregular working hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for variable pay structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>whether the average salary paid during certain periods<\/strong> meets the required levels will also be assessed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sponsorlar-icin-maas-odeme-kurallarinda-dikkat-edilmesi-gerekenler\">Points to note for sponsors regarding salary payment rules<\/h2>\n\n<p>The new regulations make certain important compliance obligations more visible for companies with sponsor licences.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sponsors should pay particular attention to the following:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salary payments must be made regularly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payroll records must clearly show the payments made<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The total salary paid during the year must not fall below the annual salary stated in the application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In addition:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salary payments must be<strong> made at most on a monthly basis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is important to <strong>avoid six-monthly or lump-sum salary payments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If the salary paid during a specific period falls below the required level:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>there must be a<strong> valid reason for this<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and this situation must be <strong>supported by appropriate documentation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Furthermore, it is important that salary payments to Skilled Worker employees are made <strong>via bank transfer.<\/strong> This ensures that payment records can be transparently tracked. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"settlement-basvurularinda-yurt-disi-gunleri\">Days spent abroad in settlement applications<\/h2>\n\n<p>Another important issue for those applying for settlement via the Skilled Worker route is<strong> the length of time spent abroad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For a settlement application:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>during the assessment period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>you must not have spent more than 180 days outside the UK in any 12-month period.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Therefore, it is important for employees aiming for settlement to <strong>carefully monitor their companies<\/h2>\n\n<p>Another important issue for companies with a sponsorship licence is the regular updating of <strong>Sponsorship Management System (SMS)<\/strong> records.<\/p>\n\n<p>The following changes must be <strong>reported to the system within the legal deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employee job changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>role changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>departures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Timely reporting of these changes plays a critical role in:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fulfilling sponsorship compliance
