Visavis Limited is authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at Level 1 (ref. F202100232). Level 1 covers: preparing and submitting applications, correspondence with the Home Office, and basic advice services. Appeals, Tribunal proceedings, judicial review and asylum claims fall outside this scope; where relevant, you will be referred to an appropriately authorised representative.
